The ECHO Framework™
I created The ECHO Framework™ after more than 20 years of clinical experience as a paramedic and through my work at Body Remedies, specialising in post-operative recovery and lymphatic therapy.
It grew from one simple belief: recovery doesn’t end when treatment does.
Surgery and hands-on treatment are important parts of your recovery. However, you will spend far more time recovering at home than you will in a clinic or hospital.
This is often when the questions begin. Is this swelling normal? Am I doing the right things? Should I be worried about this?
That uncertainty can quickly knock your confidence.
Support Beyond the Treatment Room
I developed The ECHO Framework™ to help bridge the gap between your professional treatment sessions.
It gives you structured education, practical recovery guidance and reassurance when you’re at home. It complements the advice and care from your surgeon, therapist or healthcare team. It never replaces it.
Rather than simply telling you what to do, ECHO helps you understand why your body is changing. You’ll learn how to support your recovery between appointments and recognise when you need further professional advice.

Recovery Flow is the first programme developed using The ECHO Framework™.
I designed it specifically for people recovering from cosmetic surgery. It guides you through the early stages of recovery in a clear and manageable way.
